Hotels for participants
A certain number of rooms are reserved at the Milburn Hotel http://www.milburnhotel.com/ at a conference rate of $195 (New price). Mention that you are with the Northeast Probability Seminar, organized through the Department of Statistics at Columbia University to receive this rate.
For students and others, shared housing throught the Greenwich Hotel Residence Hall near NYU is available, as it has been the past few years. To arrange that, contact Sylvia Mejia at mejia@cims.nyu.edu with the following information:

(Please note that we have only reserved rooms for 2 nights (Nov 19 Nov 20). The Greenwich Hotel, 636 Greenwich Street (between Barrow and Morton) has rooms that are dormitory rooms and would be shared rooms with 2-3 people (but in a rare case there may be up to 4 people in a room) Fee: $50 per night. Check payable to "NYU or New York University" by November 13th mailed to Sylvia Mejia, 251 Mercer Street, NY, NY 10012.
