``Markov Processes - Markov Operators''

Shaul Foguel, Hebrew University, Jerusalem

We chose three subjects, from the research of Richard Isaac. On these subjects we will discuss the treatment of related problems in the Markov Operators field.

The subjects discussed are:

(1) The notion of Ergodicity.
(2) Existence of an invariant measure for a Harris Process.
(3) Existence of a finite invariant measure for a Doeblin Process.
