The College of Staten Island uses the Matlab software as a computing engine beginning with its calculus courses. All CSI computer labs have Matlab installed. There is also a student version of Matlab that students may purchase if they wish to work from home. Visit www.mathworks.com for info.
For MTH 229, 232, and 233 there are accompanying Matlab projects that are required for each course. Your instructor will distribute the user ID and password information necessary for access to your projects online. You log into the grading system and submit your answers over the internet.
The projects are also available as pdf's for your convenience.
